ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a travel nursing job in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Start date: 10/12/2026. Duration: 13 weeks, 36 hours per week, 12‑hour night shifts (19:00‑07:30). We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Level III NICU. The RN will provide specialized care to critically ill neonates and support their families through complex medical situations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver developmental care and patient/family teaching.
• Monitor infant health with BG monitoring, thermoregulation, and sepsis workup.
• Administer blood and blood products; manage arterial lines and central lines.
• Provide medications including anti-seizure, antibiotics, and vasopressors.
• Support GI/nutrition needs including breastfeeding and tube feedings.
• Manage respiratory interventions such as CPAP, ETT suctioning, and ventilator care.
• Participate in floating to Newborn, Pediatrics, and PICU for appropriate assignments.
