Experience

• Minimum 2+ years level III NICU experience
• At least one travel assignment completed (preferred)
• Experience with extremely low birth weight infants and deliveries
• EPIC charting experience within the last 12 months (required)
• Hard‑working, resilient, and able to manage change well
• Social candidates

Education

• Associate or Bachelor degree in nursing

Certifications and Licenses

• Active WI‑RN or Compact license
• AHA BLS (Basic Life Support)
• NPR (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)

Leadership and Clinical Experience

• Newly transitioned Level II to Level III NICU; may serve as a resource for less experienced NICU RNs

Additional Information

• Candidate must start the medical portion of compliance within 48 hours of accepted offer (24 hours for a quick start)

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined. Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems based on nationally published GSA rates; actual amounts may differ.
