Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a 13-week assignment starting August 24, 2026 in Bakersfield, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for neonatal patients in an intensive care setting
• Assess and document patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain sterile environments and equipment
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Current California RN license
• Experience in neonatal intensive care preferred
• Knowledge of neonatal care practices and protocols

Qualifications

• Passing scores on the NCLEX-RN exam
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
