About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in East Stroudsburg, PA. The ideal candidate will provide specialized care for premature infants and newborns with medical complications, working closely with an in-house neonatologist available 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage patients in the NICU while ensuring compliance with established protocols.
• Perform critical procedures, including ventilator management, blood product administration, and IV starts.
• Provide patient and family education regarding developmental care, feeding, and medical conditions.
• Conduct necessary assessments and interventions for infants with various neonatal conditions.

Requirements

• Current Pennsylvania RN license or Compact License.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience in a Level III NICU setting.
• Current BLS and NRP certifications.
• Demonstrated proficiency in neonatal care and critical intervention protocols.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• 12 hours per shift
