ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN specializing in NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a position in Lubbock, Texas. The assignment starts on November 2, 2026. Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient conditions, providing appropriate interventions.
• Administer medications and manage intravenous lines per established protocols.
• Support families with education and emotional care throughout treatment processes.
• Utilize advanced neonatal care techniques, including ventilator management and therapeutic hypothermia.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to contribute to comprehensive care planning.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience; Level III experience preferred.
• BLS and NRP certifications required.
• Valid compact RN license must be in hand at the time of submission.
