About the role

Provide advanced care for critically ill newborns in a Magnet-recognized teaching hospital with a collaborative, evidence-based nursing culture. Assess, monitor, and support premature and medically fragile infants, working closely with a multidisciplinary team in a Baby-Friendly designated environment.

Requirements

• Current Massachusetts RN license
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Prior experience in a neonatal intensive care unit is highly recommended
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• Strong communication skills
• 2 references in entire work history

Schedule

• Duration: 13 weeks
• 36 hours per week
• 12 hour shifts
• Start date: 9/27/2026

Pay

• Pay rate: $2214.00 - $2328.00
