Requirements

• Active Virginia RN license (Compact accepted)
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Recent experience in intermediate care or step-down nursing
• BLS certification (copy needed)
• NRP certification (copy needed)
• SSN required
• DOB required
• 1 reference in entire work history
