Job Details: Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 48 hours per week. Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, certification in Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing, current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, and one year of clinical experience in neonatal intensive care or a closely related area. Preferred Qualifications: Additional certifications such as Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are preferred. Additional Information: Orientation includes a 4-hour hospital orientation followed by an 8-hour shift. Scrub color coding is specified for nursing staff and support roles. Kronos clock-in instructions are provided for shift and break tracking. Proper attire and adherence to campus tobacco policies are mandatory.
