Job Summary
The Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Nurse position in Oakland, CA involves providing specialized nursing care to neonatal patients in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. The role requires a dedicated professional with recent experience in neonatal intensive care and appropriate certifications.
Required Qualifications
- 7 years of recent (within the last 10 years) full-time equivalent experience in Level III Neonatal Intensive Care
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of California
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
- Additional recent experience (within the last 10 years) in Level III Neonatal Intensive Care
- Valid ACLS certification
