About the role
Care Team Solutions is seeking a travel nurse RN NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care for a 13-week assignment starting July 20, 2026, in Urbana, Illinois.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to neonatal patients in a NICU setting.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and quality care.
- Adhere to established protocols and guidelines for neonatal intensive care.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of recent Neonatal experience.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in Illinois.
- Knowledge of neonatal care practices and procedures.
Qualifications
- Passport required for international travel.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours including overnight shifts.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills in neonatal care.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage stress and prioritize tasks effectively.
