Travel NICU Registered Nurse - $2,500 per week
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Nurse position in Burlington, Vermont. This role involves providing specialized care in a level III NICU setting, with a focus on newborns, mother/baby, nursery, attending deliveries, and pediatrics with neonates. The position offers rotational day and night shifts over a 17-week assignment.
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized care in a level III NICU setting
- Care for newborns, mother/baby, and nursery patients
- Attend deliveries and provide pediatric care for neonates
Schedule
- Rotating day/night shifts, 12 hours per shift
- Minimum of 36 hours per week
- 17-week assignment
- Work days: Monday to Sunday, no block schedules
- Bi-weekly orientations scheduled on Mondays
Requirements
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- STABLE and RNC-NIC certifications preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of NICU level III experience
- Experience in a teaching facility required
- EPIC EMR experience within the past 2 years
- Ability to work in Burlington, Vermont
- All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained
- Complete work history details including bed count, EMR, and facility type required for submission
- Reliable transportation; personal or rental vehicle with all-season or snow tires recommended (November through April)
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior travel experience
- Experience in large (500+ bed count) NICU teaching facilities if no travel experience

Pay
Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
