Travel NICU Registered Nurse - $2,470 per week

Job Summary

Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse (RN) – Green Bay, WI. This position involves providing specialized care for neonatal patients in a Level III NICU setting. The role requires flexibility to work rotating 12‑hour shifts during the evening and night hours, with an emphasis on supporting critically ill and premature newborns.

Schedule

12‑hour PM/NOC (evening/night) shifts, variable hours (3 p.m. to 3 a.m. or 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.), with a minimum of 36 hours per week. Duration: 13 weeks starting 10/05/2026.

Required Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin RN license or Compact license
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2 + years Level III NICU experience
• At least one completed travel assignment preferred
• Experience with extremely low birth weight and deliveries
• EPIC charting within the last 12 months

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience caring for post‑partum patients in the NICU
• Resilient and adaptable, capable of managing change
• Strong teamwork and social skills

Unit Information

18‑bed Level III NICU with private rooms, family‑integrated model. Patient ratios typically range from 1:1 to 3:1, including post‑partum care.

Additional Information

• Candidate must be flexible for holiday rotation
• May be required to support pediatric areas as needed
• May pick up on‑call shifts if desired
• Orientation includes 8 hours unbillable
• Medical compliance initiated within 48 hours of acceptance (24 hours for quick start)
• Candidates must reside outside a 50‑mile radius of the organization
