About the role
Specialty: NICU – Neonatal Intensive Care. Discipline: RN. Location: Lancaster, PA. This is a 13‑week travel contract starting 11/03/2026. Night shift, 3 × 12‑hour shifts (36 hours per week); every third weekend and holidays required. The Registered Nurse in the NICU II unit provides specialized care to high‑risk neonates and manages complex equipment and procedures including ventilators, CPAP/BiPAP, feeding tubes, chest tubes, central lines/PICC, syringe pumps, and blood administration. Responsibilities
- Attend to high‑risk deliveries.
- Maintain a nurse‑to‑patient ratio of 1:2.
- Float to LDRP and Antepartum areas as needed.
Requirements
- Active RN license.
- Current BLS certification.
- Current NRP certification.
- Preferred experience in a NICU setting.
