This position involves providing specialized neonatal care in an acute care setting. The NICU nurse will deliver direct patient care, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes for neonatal patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit
• Monitor vital signs of neonatal patients
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Work straight night shifts, 12-hour shifts (1830-0700)
• Complete charting via EPIC

Requirements

• Specialty: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
• Discipline: RN
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required
• Certifications: BLS (AHA), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
• License: Willing to submit license; readiness to wait for license approval
• Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts (1830-0700)
• Schedule: 36 hours per week, nights only
• Duration: 13 weeks (09/21/2026 - 12/21/2026)
• Setting: Level 2 trauma acute care setting
• Charting system: EPIC
• Cancellation policy: Client cancellations up to 12 hours ahead every 13 weeks
