Job Details
Location: Gilbert, AZ
Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications
Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice
BLS certification
Experience in a neonatal intensive care or pediatric environment is preferred
No minimum years of experience required
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Professional certification in neonatal care is preferred
Additional Information
The role requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and stretch frequently
Must possess physical agility and reaction time to respond appropriately to patient care needs
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds may be required
Effective communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking fluently in English, are essential
Proper body mechanics and compliance with safety precautions are mandatory
