• Shift: Nights, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Start Date: 08/17/2026
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Type of Staff: Primarily RNs, with 1 clerk per shift; night shift staff are primarily Registered Nurses
• Number of Beds: 97
• Patient Ratios: 3-4 patients per RN
• Staffing: 200 staff members in total
• Equipment: Medfusion pumps, Alaris, Giraffe Incubators, GE monitors
• EMR: Cerner PowerChart, Meditech
• Dress code: Navy scrubs, no artificial nails or nail polish

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care to neonatal patients in a high-acuity NICU environment
• Utilize advanced equipment and protocols for neonatal care
• Perform neonatal procedures such as ventilation, IV management, and medication administration

Requirements

• Valid RN license
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• Minimum 2 years of Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with travel nursing
• Prior NICU experience
• Familiarity with neonatal procedures such as ventilation, IV management, and medication administration
