Travel NICU Registered Nurse - $1,980 per week

Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) registered nurses are sought for a role in a facility dedicated to advanced neonatal patient care. Located in Nashville, Tennessee, this position involves providing specialized care to vulnerable infants in a busy, state-of-the-art environment. The ideal candidate will bring relevant experience and skills to contribute to the high standards of patient treatment and safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care to vulnerable infants in a busy, state-of-the-art NICU environment
• Adhere to unit-specific policies
• Work with Philips monitors and document within Meditech & Centricity Perinatal
• Float to comparable areas of high need may be required

Requirements

• Valid nursing license
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
• STABLE certification
• Previous NICU experience required
• Tennessee nursing license
• 1 year of experience in neonatal care or a similar setting

Schedule

• Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Start date: 09/07/2026
• Duration: 12 weeks (through 11/30/2026)

Unit details

• 60 beds
• Patient ratio of 2-3:1
• Uniform: navy or ceil blue, or any shade of grey or white scrubs; no long sleeves, watches, rings, or nail polish
• Five openings available for qualified candidates
