ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Lubbock, Texas. Start date: 10/19/2026. Duration: 13 weeks, 36 hours per week, night shift (19:00–07:00). The Neuro Telemetry Registered Nurse will provide specialized care for patients in a telemetry unit, monitoring, assessing, and delivering care in a fast‑paced environment for neurology patients, including stroke and other neurological issues, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs.
• Administer medications and manage intravenous infusions.
• Provide comprehensive care to patients in collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans and health management.
• Respond effectively in emergency situations using clinical judgment.
• Document patient care accurately and timely in the electronic health record.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in telemetry or related specialty.
• Experience in a Level II Trauma Center is preferred.
• Familiarity with the EPIC electronic health record system is a plus.
