MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Float Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel assignment in Baltimore, Maryland. The role involves providing med‑surg/telemetry care to adult patients before and after surgical procedures, administering medication, assessing patient status, and documenting care.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for primarily adult patients before and after surgical procedures.
• Attend to patients being treated with pharmaceuticals to manage illness.
• Complete assignments made by physicians.
• Provide routine treatment and post‑surgical care.
• Assess changes in patient's health status and perform various treatments.
• Administer medication.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of medication and treatment administration to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements

• Active RN license.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification.
• Minimum eighteen months of recent experience in an acute care Med/Surg setting.
• Additional requirements may be determined by the client facility.
