Registered Nurse - Med Surg / Telemetry
Location: Titusville, FL
Assignment Duration: 13 weeks

Job Description
The Registered Nurse will provide high-acuity care in a mixed unit setting, primarily focusing on Med Surg and Telemetry. The role includes floating to different areas within the healthcare facility as needed and participating in a Rapid Response Team.
Responsibilities
Manage patient care with a 1:6 patient ratio.
Provide care for total joint replacement patients and those requiring high acuity management.
Administer IV medications and perform cardiac telemetry monitoring.
Conduct and document patient assessments and care plans in Meditech.
Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including Respiratory, Pharmacy, and Social Services.
Participate in mandatory orientation and clinical training sessions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
2 years of experience in a Med Surg / Telemetry environment.
Valid RN license in Florida or compact state.
ACLS, BCLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
Experience with cardiac drips (no titration) and dysrhythmia interpretation.
Willingness to float to areas such as ED for Medsurg holds or ICU as needed.

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
