Requirements
- Active Virginia or Compact RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proficiency in Epic
- Minimum of two years of recent relevant experience
- Previous travel experience required
Responsibilities
- Provide post-operative care for orthopedic, spinal, bariatric, and colorectal surgery patients
- Monitor up to eight telemetry patients, ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
- Assist in managing level III trauma patients and medical-surgical overflow as census permits
- Adhere to patient ratios of approximately 1:7 and follow unit protocols
