Travel MS/Tele RN - $2,266 per week

About the Role

ARMStaffing is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a fast-paced, high-volume MS/Tele-ER Border role in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. The position requires providing care in a dynamic environment that includes a wide variety of complex patient diagnoses. The ideal candidate will thrive in a setting that demands quick decision-making and efficient patient management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to patients in the Emergency Room holding area with a focus on telemetry monitoring
• Manage an average daily census of 10 to 40 patients while ensuring high-quality care
• Float between ED borders, extenders to MS/T, and IMC units as needed
• Participate in ongoing education and training related to patient care and hospital protocols
• Administer medications and perform nursing procedures in accordance with established guidelines

Requirements

• Active Maryland RN license (or Compact License)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an acute care setting
• Charge experience preferred
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, CPI
• Experience with Epic charting system is preferred

Schedule

• 13-week contract position
• Night Shift: 3x12 hours from 19:30 to 08:00
• Every other weekend required with holidays as scheduled
• 36 hours per week
