About the role
Pulse Healthcare Services is seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Chewelah, Washington. The RN will care for adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients while managing changing clinical conditions in an acute-care environment.
Requirements
- 2+ years recent Med-Surg/Telemetry RN experience
- Telemetry experience required
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS
- Active Washington RN license OR active multistate Compact RN license
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive Med-Surg/Telemetry nursing care
- Perform head-to-toe assessments
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and telemetry
- Administer medications and IV therapies
- Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition
- Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
