Travel MS/Tele RN - $2,040 per week

About the role

VyTalent Solutions is seeking a travel RN specialized in Med Surg / Telemetry for a 13‑week hospital contract in Chesapeake, Virginia. The position starts on 10/05/2026, is full‑time (36 hours per week) on a 12‑hour shift schedule, and is classified as a travel assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide post‑operative care for orthopedic, spinal, bariatric, and colorectal surgery patients.
• Monitor up to 8 telemetry patients.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient care.
• Adhere to patient ratios of approximately 1:7.
• Ensure compliance with all licensing and certification requirements.

Requirements

• Active Virginia RN license or Compact RN license at the time of submission.
• Proficiency in Epic electronic health record system.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association.

Pay

Pay range: $1,950.52 – $2,048.05 (based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week, subject to confirmation). A tax‑free stipend amount will be determined.

Shift: 07:00 – 19:30 (12‑hour shift), 36 hours per week.
