Travel MS/Tele RN - $2,001 per week

About the role

This is a 13-week travel contract position for a Registered Nurse in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry setting. The schedule is night shift, 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:30), with every other weekend and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care with a focus on safety and quality.
• Monitor and assess patient health and progress, maintaining accurate records.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Utilize advanced telemetry equipment for monitoring patient vitals.
• Provide education to patients and families regarding health conditions and treatments.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Float to other units as required based on census demands.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required; previous charge nurse experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
• Experience with Epic charting system is required.
• Successful completion of a Pass/Fail EKG exam during onboarding process.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
