About the role
ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Med Surg / Telemetry specialty in Greensboro, North Carolina. The position starts on 10/19/2026, is a 13‑week contract requiring 36 hours per week on 12‑hour night shifts. Employment type is travel. The RN will work in an Inpatient Rehabilitation department, providing specialized care to patients recovering from stroke, aneurysm, post‑operative surgical procedures, brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and generalized debility.
Responsibilities
- Interpretation of laboratory results and medication reconciliation
- Conduct patient health questionnaires, including allergies and vital signs
- Manage dressing changes and set up aseptic/sterile procedure trays
- Perform capillary blood sampling and specimen labeling
- Conduct telephone triage, including pharmacy calls and patient refill requests
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of acute care rehab experience preferred
- Active RN license required at time of submission
- BLS certification required
- EPIC charting system experience mandatory
- Previous charge experience highly desirable
- Travel experience required; first‑time travelers will not be considered

Pay
Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Night shift: 3×12‑hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, including every 3rd weekend and holidays as needed (36 hours per week).
