Travel MS/Tele RN - $1,903 per week

About the Role

ARMStaffing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in Med/Surg and Telemetry for a travel nursing position in Wilmington, North Carolina. This is a 13-week contract position on the night shift.

Schedule

• Night shift, 4x12 hours (18:45 - 07:15)
• 36 hours per week
• Duration: 13 weeks

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings with remote monitoring
• Manage patients with bowel obstructions, colostomies, and ileostomies
• Administer blood products, manage hemodialysis pre/post-care, and handle renal failure cases
• Appropriately care for feeding tubes and other patient management tasks
• Perform EKGs and manage intravenous starts and maintenance
• Provide non-invasive airway management, including BiPAP/CPAP devices
• Utilize Rapid Response and Code Team protocols effectively
• Implement isolation precautions and use proper PPE as required
• Provide wound care and manage wound vacs as necessary

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience in Med/Surg and Telemetry
• BLS and NIHSS certifications required; ACLS certification preferred
• Charge experience preferred
• Ability to manage various medical conditions including diabetes, CHF, COPD, sepsis, and others
• Must have a valid nursing license
