About the role
ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Charleston, West Virginia. Start date: 10/15/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. The Registered Nurse will provide care on a telemetry unit specializing in pulmonary, cardiac, and medical-surgical nursing for adult and geriatric patients. The unit features 16 monitored beds with centralized telemetry monitoring. Nurses will work collaboratively on a team, leveraging their skills in cardiac telemetry and patient management.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adults and geriatrics in a telemetry setting.
- Monitor and interpret telemetry readings, managing dysrhythmias as necessary.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Assist in the education of patients and their families regarding health conditions and treatments.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a telemetry or similar setting.
- Current RN license in West Virginia or a Compact RN license.
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS required.
- Cardiac Telemetry experience is mandatory.

Pay
Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Night shift, 4x12-hour schedule (19:00 - 07:00), weekdays, and every other weekend required; 36 hours per week.
