Travel MS/Tele RN - $1,820 per week

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Columbia, South Carolina. Start date: 11/09/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Schedule: 36 hours per week, 12‑hour night shifts. Employment type: Travel. We are seeking an experienced Medical‑Surgical Telemetry RN to join our team. This position requires strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high‑quality nursing care to patients in a telemetry setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for patients on telemetry monitoring
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry readings
• Perform patient assessments and document care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on health management and care plans

Requirements

• 2 years of Med‑Surg/Telemetry nursing experience required
• Current SC or Multi‑State RN License

Qualifications

• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Epic experience required
• NIHSS certification preferred

Schedule

• 3×12‑hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) per week
• Expected patient ratio 1:5
• Weekend coverage required every other weekend
