ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Easley, South Carolina. Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry. Discipline: RN. Start Date: 10/26/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. 36 hours per week. Shift: 12 hours, days. Employment Type: Travel. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a telemetry unit. The ideal candidate will be expected to float to other units or facilities as needed and provide weekend coverage every other week, based on unit demands. This position utilizes EPIC for documentation and requires a solid understanding of cardiac telemetry.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings for patients.
• Administer medications and provide nursing interventions as per plan of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using EPIC.
• Support patients and families by providing education and emotional support.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in telemetry nursing.
• Current SC RN license.
