Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assess patients' needs and develop treatment plans.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely using the Paragon charting system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and hospital policies.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in Alabama or a compact license.
• One year of relevant clinical experience.
• Proficiency in the Paragon charting system.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
