Pay

$2,143 to $2,336 weekly, including taxable wages and tax-free expense reimbursements.

Schedule

• 13-week assignment
• Night shift: 3x 12-hour shifts (19:00 – 07:30)
• Start date: 08/31/2026

Responsibilities & Skills

• Anticoagulation therapy
• Antiseizure management
• Infection prevention and isolation precautions/PPE
• Pain assessment and management
• Patient teaching
• Acute inpatient rehabilitation
• Administration of blood and blood products
• Blood glucose monitoring
• Care and management of ports
• Central line care (PICC lines)
• Diuretic administration
• Fall risk assessment and prevention
• Incentive spirometry
• Insulin protocols
• National Patient Safety Goals/Core Measures
• Pressure ulcer assessment and prevention
• Specialty beds
• Pulse oximetry
• Starting and maintaining IVs
• Supplemental oxygen delivery
• Wound care

Requirements

• 1 year of experience
• BLS certification
• PA state license or Compact License
• Epic charting system experience

Previous Charge Nurse experience preferred.

Facility Details

• Type: Acute Care Hospital (Level 4 trauma, 134 beds)
• Compact License accepted
• Patient ratios: 5:1 (nights and weekends)
