About the role

This is a 13-week assignment with a day shift schedule of three 12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:30). The position starts as soon as possible and uses the Epic charting system.

• MS/Tele monitoring
• Nasal Cannula
• Non-invasive airway management
• Oxygen administration
• PCA (Patient-Controlled Analgesia)
• Peripheral Line Care/Management
• Phlebotomy
• PICC line management
• Renal failure care
• Seizure disorders management
• Starting and maintaining IVs
• Substance Withdrawal care
• Surgical drains management
• Telemetry and remote telemetry monitoring
• Total joint replacement care
• TR Band management

• TURP (Transurethral Resection of the Prostate) care
• Wound Care/Wound Vac management

Requirements

• 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
• NIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale) certification
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
• OK License or Compact License
• Previous Charge Nurse experience preferred

Facility & Unit Information

This position is at an acute care hospital with 95 beds. The facility accepts compact licenses and requires Epic charting experience.

Pay

Weekly pay ranges from $1,654 to $1,883, including taxable wages and tax-free expense reimbursements.
