About the role
We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment.
Responsibilities
- Perform MRI examinations according to physician orders and protocols
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and proper positioning during scans
- Operate and maintain MRI equipment; report technical issues
- Review images for quality and diagnostic accuracy
- Maintain patient records and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
- Follow safety procedures related to magnetic fields and contrast administration
Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- ARRT, ARMRIT, or CAMRT registration
- Experience with Phillips MRI Systems
- Current state license (if applicable)
- BLS certification
- At least 2 years of recent MRI experience in a hospital or imaging center
Schedule
40 hours per week, 8-hour days for a 13-week contract with an ASAP start date.
