About the role
We are seeking a qualified MRI Technologist to operate MRI scanners, produce high-quality diagnostic images, and collaborate with healthcare teams.
Responsibilities
- Screen patients for safety prior to MRI procedures
- Administer contrast media as required
- Maintain MRI equipment and troubleshoot technical issues
- Ensure high image quality and adherence to safety protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver accurate diagnostic results
Requirements
- Completion of a radiology program specializing in MRI
- Valid MRI license
- Current BLS certification
- Excellent interpersonal, technical, and physical skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams
- Capability to handle the physical demands of the role
Qualifications
Preferred certifications include ARRT or ARMRIT.
