Travel MRI Technologist - $3,361 per week

About the role

Voca Healthcare is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a 9-week assignment starting September 21, 2026 in New York City, New York. The position offers 40 hours per week, 10-hour shifts, and benefits including holiday pay, a 401k retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures under the supervision of a radiologist
• Maintain equipment and ensure its proper functioning
• Document patient information accurately and securely
• Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare providers
• Maintain a safe and sterile environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a MRI Technologist preferred, but exceptional candidates with strong passion may be considered
• Valid certification and/or licensure in the state of practice, if applicable
• Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism and composure in stressful situations
• Valid Driver’s License and the ability to travel between assignment locations
• Pass a background check and drug screen to meet healthcare industry standards
