Role
The MRI Tech position at this facility involves both clinical work and some research using Siemens equipment.
Requirements
- ARRT or ARMRIT certification required
- Primary Source Verification of professional license and/or certification within 30 days of start date
- MA Conditional Licenses not accepted
- Documentation of TB skin test screening within 3 months of start date and updated if >6 month break
- Documentation of two measles vaccines, two mumps vaccines, and one rubella vaccine or proof of immunity via blood test
- Fit Test (N95) within 365 days to start date and updated annually
- Physician Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break
- MGB Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break
- MGB Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break
- MGB Resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission
- MGB Skills Checklist must be completed within 1 year of submission
- MGB Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions
- MGB Education Verification through background check company
- MGB SSN Trace must be run with criminal check
- MGB National Sex Offender Check ran within 30 days of start and updated annually
- MGB Exclusion Checks ran within 30 days of start and annually
- (4) 10 hour days, Tuesday through Friday
- Shift: 07:00 - 17:00

- Fit Test must be completed on the MGB N95 Respirator Fit Test Record Form
- No religious or medical exemptions allowed for Fit Test
- Updates for Fit Test can be done at Martha's Vineyard & Nantucket if traveler extends beyond original assignment
- Strongly preferred Hepatitis B vaccination or proof of immunity or declination
- Positive PPD requires negative chest x-ray documentation
- MGB Name Change Documentation required if credential documentation does not match current legal name or profile
- MGB TB Symptom Survey required if Positive PPD, to be completed prior to start and updated annually
- MGB Candidate Submission Coversheet required for submission to initial assignment and new facility
