About the role
American Traveler is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a 10-week assignment in Rochester, Minnesota.
Responsibilities
- Produces high-quality diagnostic images in accordance with departmental standards, with competence across a variety of MRI equipment and technology
- Practices and enforces safety guidelines for patients and support personnel
Requirements
- ARRT certification in Magnetic Resonance (MR) required
- BLS certification required (AHA or American Red Cross accepted)
- Minimum of 2 years of MRI experience and/or 3 total travel assignments required for this Rochester, MN location
- Graduate of an ARRT-approved or recognized Health Science program
- Experience with Neuro MRI, Abdominal MRI, and/or MSK MRI required
- Proficiency with Epic EMR required
- Active, unrestricted license required if applicable — no pending licenses accepted
- DOB required for consideration
Qualifications
- Certified in Magnetic Resonance (MR) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Current BLS certification (AHA or American Red Cross accepted)
- At least 2 years of MRI experience and/or 3 total travel assignments required for this location
- Graduated from an ARRT-approved or recognized Health Science program
- Experience with Neuro MRI, Abdominal MRI, and/or MSK MRI
- Proficient in using Epic EMR
- Valid active, unrestricted license required if applicable — no pending licenses accepted

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts with no call, no overnights, and no holidays
Day shift options rotate between 6:30 AM–3:00 PM and 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; evening shift is 2:00 PM–10:30 PM
40 hours per week, 5 days per week
Shift: Evenings, 5x8hrs
