About the role
MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a contract position in Brattleboro, Vermont.
Responsibilities
- Utilize knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and MRI principles to operate scanners safely and efficiently.
- Ensure patient, staff, and visitor safety within the MRI environment.
- Set appropriate technical parameters, operate MRI scanners, and monitor images during scans.
- Recognize and respond to potential emergencies.
- Comply with regulatory and professional standards.
- Provide high-quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
- Maintain a safe and positive work environment.
Requirements
- Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
- Valid state radiology registration.
- Eighteen months of MRI Tech experience, preferably in critical care settings.
- Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.
