About the role
MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a quality MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel contract with one of our top healthcare clients in Dover, New Hampshire. This position starts on 09/07/2026 and offers 40 hours per week on an evening shift (8 hours).
Responsibilities
- Operate MRI scanners safely and efficiently to assist in diagnosing disease and injury.
- Ensure the safety of patients, staff, and visitors around the MRI scanner’s magnetic field.
- Position patients and coils on the scanner table and inject contrast media as required.
- Set technical parameters, operate MRI equipment, and observe image data during scans.
- Identify differences between normal and abnormal images.
- Recognize and respond to life-threatening situations.
- Comply with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as professional guidelines.
- Deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and compassionate patient care.
- Maintain a safe work environment and promote patient safety initiatives.
Requirements
- Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
- Valid state radiology registration as required by state law.
- Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).
- Eighteen months of MRI Technologist experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Weekly payment estimates include a gross estimate of hourly wages and reimbursements for meal, incidental, and housing expenses.
