LRS Healthcare - Allied is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a travel job in Scranton, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures according to established protocols and safety guidelines.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during examinations.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain medical records.
• Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare providers.
• Adhere to infection control practices and sterilization protocols.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as an MRI Technologist.
• Experience in MRI technology, preferably in a hospital or clinic setting.
• Knowledge of relevant medical terminology and anatomy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• Current certification in MRI technology.
• Passing score on the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) exam.

Skills

• Proficient in MRI equipment operation and maintenance.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

Shift: 8 hours, nights.
