Travel MRI Technologist - $2,992 per week

About the role

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a contract with one of our top healthcare clients. Start Date: 08/03/2026, Duration: 13 weeks, 40 hours per week, Shift: 8 hours, days.

Responsibilities

• Utilize knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and MRI principles to operate scanners safely and efficiently.
• Absorb patients and coils onto MRI tables and observe images on monitors during scans.
• Set appropriate technical parameters, inject contrast media as needed, and recognize abnormal images.
• Respond to life-threatening situations and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
• Maintain a safe work environment for staff and customers.

Requirements

• Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Valid state radiology registration.
• Eighteen months of MRI Tech experience, preferably in critical care settings.
• Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.
