Travel MRI Technologist - $2,991 per week
About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled MRI Technologist to join our imaging team. The ideal candidate will perform high-quality MRI scans and provide exceptional care to patients while ensuring safety protocols are followed. This position requires flexibility in scheduling based on business needs, with a primary schedule of Monday to Thursday from 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM, and a Friday shift that may be assigned as either day or evening.
Responsibilities
- Conduct MRI examinations on patients following established protocols.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other medical staff to ensure optimal patient care.
- Explain procedures to patients and address any questions or concerns.
- Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Participate in ongoing education and training sessions to improve skills.
- Assist with other imaging tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Two (2) years of clinical experience in imaging.
- Certification from the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (ARMRIT) or ARRT Magnetic Resonance (MR) certification is required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is required.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology.
Schedule
This position offers 8-hour shifts primarily scheduled Monday through Friday, with no required weekend or on-call duties. The technologist may be assigned to multiple locations based on the operational needs of the organization.

Holidays may be required based on staffing needs.
Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
