Travel MRI Technologist - $2,947 per week

About the role

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a 13-week contract position in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The assignment starts on 11/16/2026, with 40 hours per week on 8-hour day shifts. Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

• AM Shift: Every other Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI studies following protocols established by radiologists
• Operate the MRI scanner to produce images of consistent optimal quality
• Prepare the scan room and equipment as appropriate
• Position the patient, coils, and equipment as required
• Maintain communication with the patient throughout the scanning procedure

Requirements

• 1 year experience as a Radiology Technologist (required)
• 1 year experience in CT or MRI (preferred)
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) MR certification required within 2 years from date of hire
• Reg Technologist (R) certification (required)
• Reg Technologist (MR) certification (required)
• Basic Life Support certification (required)
