Travel MRI Technologist - $2,911 per week

About the role

American Traveler is hiring a MRI Technologist with 2+ years of recent MRI experience in an acute care hospital setting, preferably with Siemens equipment proficiency. The position is for 13 weeks, starting July 27, 2026, and involves 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Holiday coverage is required as needed.

Responsibilities

• Work in an inpatient/acute care hospital imaging department
• Operate 2 Siemens units, 1 Philips unit, and 1 GE unit (GE is outpatient only)
• Perform 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Cover holidays as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of recent MRI Technologist experience in a busy hospital setting
• Inpatient/acute care hospital experience required
• Experience with Siemens MRI equipment required; 4+ years preferred
• Active BLS, and ARRT or ARMRI certification required
• MA state license required if applicable
• Valid driver's license required
• Two professional references required for consideration — at least one must be from a manager-level or above, one must be within the last 12 months, and the other within the last 3 years

Additional Information
