Travel MRI Technologist - $2,846 per week

About the role

American Traveler is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a position in Baltimore, Maryland.

Responsibilities

• Perform scanning of all basic MRI requests across Neuro, Body, and MSK modalities
• Responsible for scanning ventilated patients using IV extensions
• Responsible for enforcing and maintaining MRI safety for all visiting staff and personnel

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of MRI Technologist experience
• Proficiency on Siemens Aera and Sola 1.5T magnets required
• Experience scanning ventilated and monitored patients required
• Level 1 Trauma setting experience strongly preferred
• High-level knowledge of MRI safety protocols, MRI zones, and safety procedures for visiting staff
• Current ARRT (MRI) certification required
• Current BLS required

Pay

Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

• 5x8 night shifts (11:00 PM–7:30 AM, Mon–Fri)
• 4x10 night shifts (9:00 PM–7:30 AM, Mon–Thu)

• Floating is required within the specialty, to lower acuity areas, and to sister locations as needed
