About the role
American Traveler is hiring a travel MRI Technologist for a 13-week day shift assignment starting August 3, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Work a day shift schedule, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM (5x8-hour shifts)
- Participate in call and holiday rotation
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of MRI experience required
- Active MO or Compact license required at time of consideration — license required if applicable
- Two professional references provided
- Cerner EMR experience preferred
- Able to ambulate, reach, and lift/move objects weighing 20 lbs or more
- Able to work in an environment with potential exposure to contagious illnesses
Qualifications
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible; candidates living within 75 miles may be considered at a reduced pay rate
- Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed prior to consideration

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
