Travel MRI Technologist - $2,825 per week

MRI Technologist MRI Wenatchee, WA. This role involves performing high-quality Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) procedures within a healthcare facility, ensuring patient safety and adherence to infection control protocols. The MRI Technologist will operate MRI equipment, develop imaging procedures, and maintain accurate documentation to support diagnostic needs.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and performing MRI examinations
• Operating MRI scanners safely
• Developing and monitoring imaging procedures
• Performing IV access and contrast media administration under physician supervision
• Maintaining equipment cleanliness
• Following safety and quality assurance procedures
• Proficient use of PACS, RIS, and current Electronic Medical Records (EMR) with completion of all documentation for each examination

Requirements

• Washington State Certification as a radiologic technologist
• ARRT registered in MRI
• Graduate of a course in Radiologic Technology approved by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
• At least 2 years of previous MRI experience
• Proficient use of PACS, RIS, and current Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Ability to lift patients when safely possible, transfer patients using ergonomic techniques, and utilize patient handling devices and caregivers when necessary

Schedule

Evening shift, 3 days per week, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
