About the role
MRI Technologist Acute Care Facility. This position involves providing specialized magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) services in an acute care environment. The role requires certification, licensing, and experience to operate MRI equipment and support patient diagnostics effectively.
Responsible for performing MRI scans in an acute care setting. The role requires adherence to safety protocols, accurate imaging, and collaboration with healthcare professionals. Must be capable of working efficiently within established procedures and providing quality patient care.
Schedule
Day shift, 8 hours daily, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Requirements
- Certified MRI Technologist (ARRT‑MR)
- New York State licensed and certified to inject contrast
- BLS Certification
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Willing to wait for license submission
Additional Information
- Minimum of $1.25 per hour for parking
- Flu vaccine required with no exemptions
- Phillips 1.5 magnet experience preferred but not mandatory
- ARRT‑MR certification required
- New York State licensing is mandatory

Pay
