• Position: MRI Technologist
• Location: Garner, North Carolina
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, with a guaranteed 36 hours per week; primarily working every Sunday during the contract period

Required Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Certifications: CPR certification through the American Heart Association; ARRT (R) certification required, ARRT (MR) preferred
• Skills: Venipuncture Certification; valid state drivers license if applicable; at least 1 year of MRI experience in high-volume environments preferred; technical proficiency with GE 1.5T or similar equipment; proficiency in independently running advanced MRI studies; ability to work in a self-directed environment; experience in managing customer interactions and resolving issues; strong patient care skills with ability to explain complex procedures clearly

• Responsibilities: Operating imaging equipment to produce diagnostic images, interviewing patients to explain procedures, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. Troubleshooting equipment, training new staff, and maintaining effective communication with radiologists and patients.
